About Daniel
I’m Daniel J. Gandor, though most people know me as Dan. For more than 25 years, I’ve helped pharmaceutical organizations engage customers more effectively, build stronger marketing capabilities, and turn transformation strategies into practical impact.

My Perspective
Technology matters. Data matters. Process matters. But durable transformation happens when people understand the purpose, have the capabilities to act, and see how a new way of working improves outcomes for customers and the business.
That belief has shaped my work across manufacturers, an agency, consulting, and the classroom. I’m most effective where strategy must become practice: aligning leaders, brands, Field teams, technology, analytics, content, media, agencies, and talent around a clearer customer experience.
My agency-side experience broadened my perspective, but my professional center of gravity remains pharmaceutical commercial leadership; understanding what it takes to create change from inside a manufacturer and make it sustainable.

Leadership Through Education
Alongside my industry work, I teach marketing at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and Lake Forest College.
The classroom keeps me close to emerging ideas, challenges me to explain complexity clearly, and creates a two-way exchange with talented professionals. Those habits - curiosity, clarity, coaching, and constructive challenge - carry directly into how I lead teams and transformation.
